David Rubel

David Rubel possesses extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Managing/Senior Supervisor at 1&1 Internet, Inc. since January 2006. In this role, David manages a team of approximately 10 members in the 2nd level Billing department, addressing escalated cases and generating reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Prior to this position, David worked as a Paintball Judge at Skirmish USA for a brief period in 2003, where responsibilities included customer interaction and guiding gameplay. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Manfield University, earned in 2006, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Commonwealth University-Mansfield, completed in 2005.
