Markus Riegel

Markus Riegel has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care Operations Integration at IONOS since December 2023. Prior to this role, Markus was the Director of Global Customer Service at N26 Group from August 2021 to December 2023. Markus also held significant positions at Amazon from February 2013 to July 2021, including General Manager of Customer Service Operations for Germany, the UK, and Turkey, as well as Site Lead. Additionally, Markus served as Head of Sales Services at AutoScout24 from November 2010 to January 2013 and as Senior Manager of Account Management at eBay from October 2005 to October 2010.
