Michael Luna has over a decade of experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Since October 2010, Michael has served as a Bilingual Senior Hosting Security Agent and Abuse Agent at 1&1 IONOS, where responsibilities include vetting new orders, analyzing compromised accounts, and assessing compromised websites using internal tools. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy from March 2005 to July 2007, where duties encompassed cashiering, customer service, stock management, photo operations, inventory management, store cleanup, training, and store setup.
