Ines E. Schorsch

Ines E. Schorsch has a diverse range of work experience. Ines E. is currently working as a Scrum Masterin at IONITY. Prior to this role, Ines worked at NEW WORK SOLUTIONS GmbH as an Agile Coach, Advisor, and Scrum Masterin, where they were responsible for leading agile projects, providing coaching for transformation processes, and training management in agile methodologies. Ines E. also worked at Agilizer Academy as an Agile Coach and Project Lead Training Developer, where they focused on developing training programs for agile transformations and conducting workshops on agile topics. In addition, Ines has experience as a Verwaltungsmitarbeiterin at Katholische Jugendfürsorge der Diözese Regensburg e.V., where they provided administrative support and handled various tasks related to office management. Ines E. also worked as a Customer Service Representative Senior at ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED and as a Project Member at AUDI AG. In their earlier career, they worked as a Service Staff at Kesagami Wilderness Lodge and as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager for Landtagsabgeordneter Michele Marsching. Ines also has international travel experience and worked as a Verwaltungsfachinspektorin at Berufsgenossenschaft Handel und Warenlogistik (BGHW).

Ines E. Schorsch has a diverse education history. Ines E. started their academic journey in 2000 at DGUV Hochschule HGU University of Applied Science, where they pursued a degree in Verwaltungsfachinspektorin für den gehobenen nicht-technischen Dienst. Ines E. completed their studies there in 2003.

In 2016, Ines enrolled at Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Management. Ines E. successfully completed this degree program in 2021. During their time at the same university in 2016 and 2017, Ines also completed an additional study program in Intercultural Competence.

In 2018 and 2019, Ines expanded their academic horizons by attending Universitat de les Illes Balears. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourisms, Marketing, and English Studies.

Aside from their formal education, Ines has also obtained various certifications. In 2022, they became a Certified LeSS Practitioner through The LeSS Company and a Management 3.0 Facilitator through Management 3.0. Ines E. also obtained the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop certification in the same year. In 2022, they also became a Transformation Catalyst through Agilizer Academy and a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) through Scrum.org.

Looking ahead, Ines is scheduled to obtain the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023.
