Shawn Helmueller

Shawn Helmueller has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to present. In 2012, they began working at the University of Minnesota Duluth as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant. In 2014, they added a Writing Consultant role at the University of Minnesota Duluth Writers' Workshop. In 2016, they joined Waters Corporation as an Applications Chemist, where they were focused on supporting the development of Waters' SFx technology. In 2018, they became the Chief Scientific Officer at Deutsche Process and Scientific Advisor at Cattis Scientific. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Scientific Officer at Ionization Labs, where they are responsible for the Cann-ID potency testing platform.

Shawn Helmueller completed their educational history at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Shawn obtained a Masters of Science (MS) in Analytical Chemistry from 2013 to 2015, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from 2009 to 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they hold a Community College Teaching Certificate.
