Director of Pathology & Spatial Proteomics Research at Ionpath

Monirath Hav has extensive work experience in the field of pathology and spatial proteomics research. Since April 2022, they have been serving as the Director of Pathology & Spatial Proteomics Research at Ionpath. Prior to this position, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Scientist in Multiplex Ion Beam Imaging (MIBI) at IONpath Inc. Before that, from December 2019 to March 2020, they worked as a Consultant Pathologist at Cedars-Sinai. Additionally, from February 2019 to January 2020, they held the role of Scientist in Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) at Cedars-Sinai. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Southern California. Prior to that, from October 2012 to December 2017, they worked as a Lecturer of Histology and Pathology at the University of Health Sciences. Lastly, from July 2011 to December 2017, they served as the Head of the Anatomic Pathology Department at Calmette Hospital.

Monirath Hav's education history begins in 1999 when they attended the University of Health Sciences in Cambodia, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the field of Medicine. They then went on to enroll at Ghent University from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree specializing in Histopathology. During the same period at Ghent University, they also completed a Residency Training in Anatomic Pathology.

In 2016, Monirath Hav briefly attended the University of Sydney, where they obtained a Master of Medicine degree in Clinical Epidemiology.

In addition to their formal education, Monirath Hav also has a certification in "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" obtained from Coursera in April 2022.
