Howard Lock

Howard Lock currently serves as the Director of Partnership Strategy and Business Development at IonQ, where efforts focus on facilitating strategic partnerships in quantum computing. Previous experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in AI Business Development for the Americas and at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where responsibilities encompassed AI and machine learning business development as well as leading IoT business development for public sector initiatives. Prior to AWS, Howard Lock held various positions at Cisco, including Director of IoT Solutions and Partnerships, where Howard led market development and partnership strategies for IoT. Additional experience includes roles at Prometric, Marconi, and ARINC, alongside a strong educational foundation with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Information Systems from The George Washington University.
