Lawrence Jacobs

Lawrence Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent position was with IonQ, where they worked as an Analog Engineering Manager starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Analog Design Engineer at Qrypt from September 2021 to May 2022. Lawrence spent a significant portion of their career at LeCroy Corporation, where they held the role of Senior Design Engineer/Engineering Manager from January 1999 to September 2021. Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Design Engineer at Oregon Medical Systems (1997-1998), Tektronix (1991-1997), and HP (1990-1991). Lawrence began their career as a Member of the Technical Staff at Watkins-Johnson from 1985 to 1990.

Lawrence Jacobs completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Stanford University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Lawrence then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) degree from Santa Clara University between 1987 and 1990.
