Nicholas Cothard is a highly experienced physicist with a strong background in microwave detectors and optics, having held positions at reputable institutions including Cornell University and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. As a NASA Space Technology Research Fellow at Cornell, Nicholas developed advanced microwave detectors and optics for prominent cosmology observatories. Subsequently, as a NASA Postdoctoral Fellow, research focused on superconducting sensors for far-infrared telescopes, contributing to detector development across various teams at NASA.
