Clara Schaye has been working in the engineering field since 2016. Clara started as an Engineering Tutor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During their time there, they also conducted IoT research for smart grid implementation. In 2019, they joined Sunrun as an Associate PV System Designer and then as a PV System Designer. In 2020, they moved to ESSMetron as an Electrical Engineer, where they designed medium/low voltage power distribution systems and UPS/DC backup systems. Currently, they are employed at Iontra LLC as an Electrical Engineer - Hardware.
Clara Schaye attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Design.
