Nate Lading is an experienced electronics engineer with over 9 years in the design of complex digital and mixed-signal circuit boards for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. Nate's expertise covers the entire hardware lifecycle, from schematic design and layout to signal and power integrity analysis. Currently serving as Lead Electrical Design Engineer at Iontra Inc, Nate has previously held positions at SEAKR Engineering, Liteye Systems, and LDPI, where they led teams, mentored junior engineers, and authored over 100 internal technical documents. Nate holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
