Nathan Graetz

Nathan Graetz is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in commercial office and retail premises across both urban and remote regions in Australia. Currently serving as a Property Specialist at IOR since March 2025, Nathan has held various property management roles, notably with K Graetz Investments Pty Ltd and Askeed Pty Ltd. Previous positions include General Manager of DBK Nominees, where responsibilities included management of retail operations, and founder and director of Caseback International, which specializes in durable watches for the workwear industry. Nathan’s leadership experience is complemented by roles as an elected board member at Nhulunbuy Corporation and chair of the East Arnhem Regional Committee for the Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory. Nathan holds an MBA from Bond University and has a diverse educational background in business and graphic design.
