Lt. Travis Hooker (Ret.) is a Senior Partner at CDO Executives LLC, where they utilize 28 years of law enforcement experience to train police officers and government agencies in building trust and partnerships with diverse communities. In their previous role as a Lieutenant with the City of Elgin, IL, they oversaw numerous personnel and initiated a campaign for enhanced interactions with the LGBTQ+ community. Currently, they also work as an Assessor at IOS, Inc., evaluating candidates for promotional assessment centers, while contributing as an author and editor for CourtSmart.
