Syd Sears is currently the Director of Operations at PAL Institute. They have held the position of Chairman at both the Occupational Safety and Health Authority and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health's Caribbean Branch since 2013 and 2011, respectively. Previously, Syd was a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Authority from 2010 to 2013 and served as Vice Chairman of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health's North Wales Branch and Caribbean Branch in 2007-2008 and 2010-2011, respectively.
