iostring was founded by Agile practitioners who spent years inside the organisations they now coach. As Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Directors. We sat in the retrospectives nobody spoke in. We watched the sprint planning sessions that ran for six hours and produced nothing.

We built iostring to be the coaching partner we always wished we had. One that meets teams where they are, not where a framework says they should be.

Our name comes from the programming concept: a string of input and output. Every team has the right inputs. The talent, the motivation, the ideas. Our job is to help you connect them into something that outputs real value, sprint after sprint.
