Since January 2019, Chad has served as the Operational Process Manager at IoT Deployment Services, emphasizing Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvements in internal processes. Previous roles include Project & Process Improvement Manager and Division Manager - Commissioning, where Chad focused on project delivery and quality assurance. With a solid foundation in technology, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management & Information Systems and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, Chad brings strong analytical and leadership skills to enhance team performance and operational efficiencies.
