Christopher Kim is a Software Developer Intern at IoT Nation since July 2022, focusing on backend API development for a mobile app that tracks global funding investment rounds. Key accomplishments include utilizing Python for database management, leveraging AWS technologies such as ElasticSearch/OpenSearch and S3, and enhancing data processing efficiency through integration of a BERT large language model. Additionally, Christopher served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Data Structures and Programming Abstractions at Stony Brook University from September to December 2023. Christopher is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Stony Brook University College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in May 2025, following a High School Diploma in Computer Science from Francis Lewis High School in 2021.
