Omar Jahidi is the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for MENA Investments at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and has been serving in that role since 2021. With a strong background in finance, Omar previously worked as an Associate Director in Mergers & Acquisitions at HSBC from 2010 to 2017 and held positions at Invest AD and Rothschild & Co. Currently, Omar is a Board Member for Yanbu Cement, iot squared, and Red Sea Gateway Terminal International, and has also recently joined Lifera's board. Omar holds an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from St. Petersburg College, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Université Al-Akhawayn, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Ecole de Management de Lyon.
