Lovish has four years of work experience in agronomy. In 2022, they began their role as Assistant Manager Agronomy (Sales & Marketing) at IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd. Later that same year, they became Agronomist (sustainability head) at Sharp Mint Limited - India. In 2021, they worked as an Agronomist at The Malt Company India Pvt Ltd. In 2020, they began their role as Agronomist & System Designer at Aquahyd.

Lovish completed a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from Punjabi University between 2017 and 2021. Lovish also obtained a certification in Discover Best Practice Farming for a Sustainable 2050 from The University of Western Australia.
