Robert Parker

Robert Parker is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the industry. Parker co-founded Bright.AI in March 2020, focusing on integrating AI and IoT solutions for enterprises. Prior to this, Parker served as the CTO of SmartThings from April 2016 to March 2020 and held the role of Senior Vice President of Engineering at SmartThings for part of that period. Parker's career also includes a significant tenure at Amazon as Director of Engineering from December 2011 to April 2016 and a long-term position at Microsoft as General Manager from 1993 to 2011. Parker holds a degree from the University of Waterloo.
