Randall Howard is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in strategic advisory, venture capital, and governance roles. As the founder and General Partner of Verdexus since September 2001, Howard has focused on leveraging operational expertise within portfolio companies in enterprise and infrastructure software, as well as IT services. With a commitment to enhancing seed and angel investments, Howard also serves as General Partner at Adrenaline Fund and Cognition Fund, investing in innovative Canadian technology startups. Additionally, Howard holds leadership positions as Chair of ExpertFile, iotum, and Director at Gore Mutual Insurance, while also engaging in community and artistic initiatives through roles with the National Angel Capital Organization, Dundurn Press, and the Middlebrook Prize for Young Canadian Curators. An RSA Fellow since January 2023, Howard promotes social change and innovation. Educationally, Howard holds an Honours B.Math in Computer Science and Pure Math from the University of Waterloo.
