Chad Hall

Chad Hall has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chad started their career in 1995 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Custom Electronics, Inc, where they designed tools, fixtures, and equipment for production. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Jr. Design Engineer at the same company, collaborating with senior engineers and ensuring proper product design.

In 2000, Chad transitioned to the role of Sales Manager, tracking sales and marketing efforts, and implementing new sales tactics. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Design Engineer, creating complex and detailed high voltage product layouts based on customer specifications. During this time, they also initiated Engineering Change Notices and worked with the manufacturing team to ensure proper manufacture.

From 2004 to 2008, Chad held the position of Engineering Manager at Custom Electronics, Inc. Chad directed the engineering department, established goals for employees, and oversaw research and development efforts to introduce new products.

In 2008, Chad co-founded Ioxus and became the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing. Chad played a crucial role in building the company's sales and marketing strategies and was responsible for its continuous growth.
