Yuichi Katoh

Yuichi Katoh has a strong background in electrochemical engineering, with extensive experience in the development and design of ultracapacitors and hybrid type capacitors. At Ioxus, Inc., they focused on material design of new products, aiming to enhance performance and reduce costs. Prior to that, at Power Systems Co., Ltd., Yuichi was involved in material design and productization of ultracapacitors, as well as improving manufacturing yield and implementing sampling inspection methods. Yuichi also worked as a Production Engineer at Nichicon Corporation, where they focused on modifying the manufacturing process of tantalum electrolytic capacitors to improve yield and evaluating new materials. These experiences demonstrate their expertise and knowledge in the field of electrochemical engineering.

Yuichi Katoh obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrochemistry from Kansai University. Yuichi studied at the university from 1997 to 2003.
