Kate Davies

Kate Davies is an accomplished children's fiction writer with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Since March 2012, Kate has been self-employed as a writer, focusing on creating engaging narratives for children. Prior to this, Kate served as a Commissioning Editor for Frances Lincoln Children's Books and Wide Eyed Editions at The Quarto Group from September 2016 to May 2018. Between February 2012 and August 2016, Kate held the position of Senior Editor at Walker Books. Additionally, Kate began their career at Usborne Publishing, where responsibilities included writing and editing, from June 2006 to December 2010.
