Marcus Perrin, MBA, MNCM, has extensive experience in network and communications management, specializing in VoIP project management and operations at IP Communications LLC since March 2010. With a strong foundation in Linux and Windows server environments, Marcus excels in Asterisk operations and troubleshooting while ensuring consistent voice and data traffic. Previously, Marcus held leadership roles at DeVry University, serving as Vice President of Epsilon Delta Pi and providing Linux operations support to students and faculty. Additionally, Marcus worked as a PC Support Administrator at DeKalb County Government, focusing on network troubleshooting within a Microsoft Windows environment.
