David Neustedter has worked in the IT industry since 1989. David began as an Airman First Class for the USAF in 1989, followed by a role as Materials/MIS Manager for Wastewater Treatment Systems, Inc. in the same year. In 1995, they started their own company, Facilities Services Associates (FSA), where they served as Principle Engineer/Director of Operations. During this time, they engineered an entire line of industrial wastewater treatment equipment and sold it to customers such as Siemens and Motorola. In 1997, they joined Cisco Systems as an Information Technology Architect, where they worked on various projects including a web-based, corporate wide, secure, software distribution and management solution. Currently, they are the Director of Professional Services at IP Consulting, Inc., a position they have held since 2021.
David Neustedter began their educational journey in 1986 when they attended the United States Air Force Academy to study Computer Science. David then transferred to San Jose State University in 1990 to continue their studies in Computer Science. In 1999, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Two years later, in 2001, they earned a Master of Science in Information Systems/Management from the same university. In July 2022, they obtained a Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core certification from Cisco.
