Ross Sweetman

Ross Sweetman has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2017, they began working at IP Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for project management, operational improvement, customer service and business development. Ross led complex IT projects for transition to cloud services that exceeded objectives for cost savings, service improvement, and on-time completion.

Prior to that, they worked at Cisco from 2000 to 2017 in various roles including Enterprise Account Manager, Product Specialist, and Engineering Manager. In this role, they led the global sales strategy and execution for customers in manufacturing and healthcare, and had extensive executive engagement with customers. Ross also led cross functional teams for sales, services, and operations.

From 1998 to 2000, Ross worked at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations as a Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for the solution portfolio which included telephone systems, call center applications, video conferencing systems, and data networking equipment. Ross's total attainment for 1999 was 217% of quota.

Lastly, Ross worked at AT&T from 1987 to 1998 in progressively responsible roles in sales operations, sales, sales management, and product management. Ross developed and implemented market entry strategies for new services, and conducted competitive assessment and focus group research.

Ross Sweetman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they studied Finance from 1985 to 1987. Ross also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Hope College, where they studied Ross'story from 1982 to 1985. In addition, Ross holds certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice (IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), obtained in 2018), Unified Vision Group (Flow Certified Professional (FCP), obtained in August 2016), Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained in September 2016), and Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)).
