Austin Walters

Austin Walters has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Austin founded IP Copilot in 2023 and is currently serving as the Founder. Prior to that, Austin worked at Read AI as a Staff Software Engineer from January 2022 to February 2023. Their most recent role at Capital One was as an Engineering Manager in the Center for Machine Learning from January 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and a Software Engineer at Capital One from 2018 to 2020 and from 2015 to 2018, respectively. Austin also founded InsiderOpinion in September 2017 and worked as its Founder until January 2022. Earlier in their career, they were a Software Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. from October 2014 to May 2015. Austin also gained experience as an ITDP Intern at Capital One from June 2014 to August 2014 and as an IT Intern and Clerk (Temp) at Advantedge Healthcare Solutions from 2012 to 2012 and 2007 to 2012, respectively.

Austin Walters attended Plainfield Central High School from 2006 to 2010, where they received a diploma. Austin then pursued a Pre-Engineering program at Joliet Junior College from 2010 to 2012. Finally, Austin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2012 to 2015.
