Network Automation Engineer at IP Fabric

Daniel Maly has worked in the field of network engineering since 2016. Daniel began their career at DHL IT Services as a Global Network Operations Center - Graduate Trainee, where they provided support for DHL telecommunications infrastructure in 200+ countries and 9000+ locations worldwide, troubleshooting and maintaining network appliances and helping application teams to find the root cause of the issue, and communicating with MPLS vendors to fulfill agreed SLA's. Daniel then advanced to the role of Network System Analyst, and then Network Engineer, where they continued to provide support for DHL telecommunications infrastructure, as well as improved the smooth running of the team by creating automation tools. Finally, they were promoted to Senior Network Engineer, where they continued to provide the same support, as well as led technical conference calls and root cause analysis. Currently, Daniel Maly works as a Network Automation Engineer at IP Fabric, where they are responsible for planning, designing and implementing data communication networks that will be used for getting all of the information from those devices for the software to use for its network modeling, as well as writing automations for all kinds of devices which have to be configured.

Daniel Maly attended SPŠE Jeňá for Elektronické počítačové systémy. Daniel has obtained several certifications, including Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon in October 2022, NSE4 - FortiGate II Infrastructure from Fortinet in November 2020, Základy Internetworkingu from ALEF NULA, a.s. in August 2017, Kurz číslového návrhu from ČVUT fakulta informatiky in 2015, Síťové technologie a 3D tisk from ČVUT fakulta informatiky in 2015, Wolfram Mathematica a anologové obvody from ČVUT fakulta informatiky in 2015, and CCNA routing and switching from Cisco in February 2020.
