Jaroslav Barton

Jaroslav Barton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2004, Jaroslav worked as a Network Administrator at Hana Free Net until 2006. In 2007, they joined Medoro as a Java Developer, where they later became a Team Leader. Jaroslav then worked at Red Hat as an INTERN in 2009. In 2010, they joined CSOB as an Application Manager II. From 2011 to 2012, Jaroslav worked as a Vendavo consultant at Vendavo CZ, and then continued as a Vendavo consultant at Vendavo until 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Hosting Ops Technical Leader and a Release Engineer at Vendavo. In 2017, Jaroslav joined ComSource s.r.o. as a DevOps, responsible for developing and daily operations of the product FlowGuard. Jaroslav then became the RnD Team Lead, managing the migration from on-prem services to cloud services. From 2019 to 2022, Jaroslav worked at JLL as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on infrastructure automation for a new product. Currently, they are a DevOps at IP Fabric.

Jaroslav Barton earned their Bachelor's Degree in electrotechnics from SPSE Olomouc, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. Jaroslav then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Brno University of Technology, completing it from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Jaroslav has obtained several certifications including Jenkins Engineer from the Jenkins project in March 2016, and Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Automation and DevOps (JNCIA-DevOps) as well as Juniper Networks Certified Specialist, Automation and DevOps (JNCIS-DevOps), both from Juniper Networks in May 2020.
