Sean Lair

Sean Lair has a strong background in the technology industry, with their work experience spanning over two decades. Sean started their career at the Multi-State Lottery Association in 1997, where they served as a Technical Advisor to the Director. In this role, Sean provided strategic direction and leadership for the company's technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. Sean also advised top-level executives on technical projects and concepts.

In 2008, Sean joined IP Pathways as the Vice President of Engineering. Sean played a key role in leading the Data Center Revolution™, providing solutions to simplify IT infrastructure, optimize application performance and security, and reduce data center footprint. Sean's expertise in virtualization and cloud technology allowed customers to leverage their existing investments while embracing next-generation data center technology.

Later, in April 2022, Sean was promoted to Executive Vice President at IP Pathways, where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Sean Lair completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems at Hamilton from 2004 to 2006. Sean then pursued a Masters in Business Administration at Drake University from 2006 to 2008.
