Jonas Hult

Jonas Hult has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jonas started their career as a Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Ericsson, where they were responsible for feasibility studies and projects related to GSM systems. Jonas then worked as a Consultant at Softica, primarily for the Nordic investment bank Alfred Berg, where they focused on analysis, design, and development of front- and middle-office systems.

After that, Hult joined ABN AMRO Software as a Development Manager, where they built a development function from scratch and managed a team of 30 employees and 10 contractors. Jonas was responsible for planning, initiation, and follow-up of development projects, as well as line management and implementing product architecture and development methodology.

Hult then joined NASDAQ OMX as a Development Manager, managing various development teams and departments. Jonas was responsible for resource planning, coordination of development projects, and planning and follow-up of support and client delivery projects.

Next, they worked at Bekk Consulting as a Senior Project Manager and Competence group manager, leading and managing large-scale IT projects for customers in finance, telecom, and the public sector. Jonas also had responsibility for resource planning, project budgeting, customer relationships, and add-on sales.

Hult then took on the role of Engineering Manager at Orc Software (now Itivity), where they managed the engineering part of the software product life cycle for derivatives and algorithmic trading products. Jonas led a team of 30 developers and was responsible for delivering software to a global customer base.

After Orc Software, Hult joined Accedian Networks as an R&D Manager, where they managed a cross-functional and geographically distributed team developing and delivering one of the company's product lines to customers worldwide. Jonas worked closely with other development teams, Product Management, Customer Support, and Sales/Business Development to successfully develop and support mission-critical products.

Currently, Hult is the COO at IP-Solutions AB, a leading provider of systems development, cloud solutions, network automation, and security. Jonas has worked on customer assignments such as managing the Platform Tribe at Infront Finance and serving as a Management Consultant at Worldline S.A.

Jonas Hult obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In addition to their educational background, they have certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
