Between 2018 and 2024, Cyril served as Responsable Méthodes & Qualité Automobile at Defontaine SA, focusing on product development and quality across multiple sites. In 2025, Cyril took on the role of Plant Manager at POLYSEMBLE, overseeing various operational aspects including commerce, production, and logistics.
