James Cooksey

James Cooksey has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. James started their career at Ron Perry's Auto Mall in 1997 as a Sales Representative and Finance Manager. James achieved salesperson of the month multiple times and maintained high customer satisfaction ratings. James then joined Sim Fryson Motor Co. in 2000, where they held multiple roles including Sales Manager, Business Director, and Pre-Owned Sales Manager. James set records in sales and customer satisfaction and was responsible for generating profits through retail financing and managing used inventory.

In 2008, James joined Kentucky Automotive Center of Grayson, LLC as a General Manager. James oversaw all aspects of the dealership, maintained high customer satisfaction ratings, and achieved the highest employee engagement scores. James held this position until 2017.

In 2018, James worked as the GSM at Hutch Chrysler, where they achieved new records in sales and profits. James then joined Bigg Deals Auto Auction in 2019 as a Dealer Representative.

From 2021 to 2022, James worked at CDK Global as an Implementation Consultant III and later as a National Account Manager Elead/CDK.

Currently, James is working at iPacket as a Digital Success Manager since May 2023.

James Cooksey attended the University of Kentucky from 1996 to 1997, studying Business Administration and Management, General. James did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. In 2008, James obtained certifications in Chrysler product and Ford product, although the institutions from which they obtained these certifications are unknown.
