Jeff Barr is currently the VP of Technical Services at IPacket. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on product management and business relationship management.

Jeff started their career as a Network Engineer at Pfizer, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the IT Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing corporate to dealer systems integrations, technology solutions, and operational support.

In 2000, they left Pfizer to join Jaguar Land Rover North America as the Business Relationship Manager. In this role, they established relationships and managed IT service delivery for various functions, including Retail Operations, Distribution, Logistics, Franchise, and Product departments. Jeff also led a team of 3 Project Managers, 4 Business Analysts, and a 5-person Dealer Systems Support help desk.

In 2013, they left Jaguar Land Rover to join CDK Global as the Product Director. In this role, they managed data services and integration portfolios and drove all aspects of product life cycle, including strategy, feature backlogs, marketing, and development. Jeff also led a cross-functional team across multiple on / off-shore locations in an Agile environment to deliver product and financial commitments.

Most recently, in 2018, they joined IPacket as the VP of Technical Services. In this role, they are responsible for leading IPacket’s technical team and driving technical innovation across the company.
