Alison McIlveen is the National Operations Manager at Ability Action Australia since January 2020. Prior to this role, Alison held positions at IPAR since September 2014, including National Military Account Manager and Key Account Manager. Alison is responsible for establishing and building relationships with Commonwealth agencies and large organisations under the national worker's compensation scheme. Alison also focuses on developing internal capability to deliver high standard services under a nationally consistent framework. Alison holds an Advanced Masters of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney.
