Alycia Carthew is currently the State Manager - Queensland at IPAR Rehabilitation, a position they have held since 2019. They previously served as the State Manager - Victoria on secondment for a year. Before their tenure at IPAR, Alycia gained valuable experience as a Retail Assistant at Coles from 2007 to 2015 and worked as an Exercise Physiologist/Allied Health Assistant at Epworth HealthCare from 2013 to 2015.
