Avindra Mandwal

Avindra Mandwal has over two decades of experience in program management and operations within the health sector, currently serving as Sr. Program Manager for Ipas US, focusing on support for East Africa programs and the Ipas Road Map initiative since May 2006. Previously, Mandwal held the position of Deputy Country Director for Nepal and worked extensively with Ipas and the Ipas Development Foundation in various roles from 2006 to 2019. Before joining Ipas, Mandwal was the State Representative for the USAID-funded ITAP project in Uttarakhand with Futures Group International and held leadership positions at AMS and 21st Century Computers Ltd., where responsibilities ranged from establishing branch offices to sales management. Mandwal's early career included roles at Irplast Adhesives and Johnson & Johnson, characterized by sales management and technical sales responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a PGDBA in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University.
