Bill Powell IV

Bill Powell IV is a highly experienced medical professional with a strong background in nursing and public health. Currently serving as a Senior Medical Scientist and Manager and Senior Clinical Advisor at Ipas since June 2006, Bill has also held the position of Clinical Instructor/Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Nursing from July 1997 to June 2006. Prior experience includes roles as a Family Nurse Practitioner at multiple healthcare organizations, including Valley Health Care and Frontier Nursing Service.
