Deirdre Lutz

Deirdre (Dee) Lutz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Government and Core Funding and Senior Development Advisor at Ipas since May 2003, Deirdre leads multidisciplinary international teams in creating successful grant proposals and cultivating relationships with donors. Prior experience includes roles as a Grants and Compliance Associate at Glaxo Smith Kline, where Deirdre oversaw the approval of educational and charitable grants, and as Owner and General Contractor at Access Design and Construction, managing adaptive home renovations. Additionally, Deirdre served as Grants Administrator for the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, efficiently managing over $3 million in federal grants. Deirdre holds a Master’s Degree in American History from UNC Greensboro and a Bachelor's degree in History from Duke University.
