Edward Ngoga is an experienced health system and public health specialist with over 10 years of expertise in designing and implementing family planning and sexual and reproductive health programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Health System Strengthening at Ipas since 2022, Edward provides visionary leadership, engages stakeholders, and focuses on capacity building and advocacy efforts. Previously, Edward held the role of Senior Advisor for Health System Strengthening at Ipas from 2019 to 2021, offering technical oversight and improving reproductive health services.
