Shayan Latif

Shayan Latif is a highly accomplished public health professional with over 11 years of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation. Currently serving as the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager at Ipas since 2025, Shayan leads technical approaches and program improvements aligned with Sustainable Development Goals. Previously held positions include Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Jhpiego and Project Officer at the Institute of Rural Management, where Shayan developed robust M&E frameworks and tools. Shayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from COMSATS Institute and two Master's degrees, one in Project Management and the other in Data Sciences, from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
