Peter Clapman

Peter Clapman has over four decades of experience in the finance and investment sectors, primarily served as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Counsel at TIAA-CREF from 1972 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing the corporate governance program. Following retirement from TIAA-CREF, Peter Clapman joined the Board of Directors at iPass in 2007 and served as a Director at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) from 2005 to 2011. Peter Clapman holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and an AB in history from Princeton University.
