Fátima Gartner is a Professora Catedrática at IPATIMUP and ICBAS/UP, positions held since 2004 and 1995, respectively. They also served as a Senior Researcher at IPATIMUP for two decades, concluding in 2011. Fátima earned a PhD in Oncology from the University of Cape Town between 1981 and 1986.
