Peter Zhou

Peter Zhou is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental health and safety (EHS) management. Currently serving as the IPC1401 CSR technical committee Chairman at IPC since October 2014, Peter leads a network of 400 experts to develop and enhance the IPC-1401 CSR management system standard. Prior to this role, Peter held various leadership positions, including CSR Director at Huawei, where management of 150 customer ESG/CSR/EHS audits and the establishment of global supply chain sustainability systems were key responsibilities. Experiences also include managing EHS/CSR efforts at Best Buy and Puma, and founding the CSR audit services department at SGS. Peter's educational background includes a Master's in human resources management from Renmin University of China and multiple certifications in auditing and CSR standards.
