Tracy Riggan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tracy began their career in 1995 as a Volunteer English Teacher with the Peace Corps, where they taught English and conducted environmental seminars. From 1997 to 1999, they worked at Universal Tobacco Kyrgyzstan, managing customer and expat relations, as well as residence and supply management. In 1999, they moved on to IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries, starting as the Director of Meetings & Events and later becoming the Senior Director of Member Support. In 2019, they took on the role of Senior Director of Business Development, Solutions at IPC, focusing on communication within the supply chain and sharing industry solutions. Tracy also served as a Committee Volunteer at PCMA in 2006 and participated in a Special Interest Group at Association Forum from 2014 to 2016. Overall, Tracy has extensive experience in event management, member support, and business development in the electronics and association industries.

Tracy Riggan completed their education in a chronological order. From 1991 to 1995, they attended Coe College, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Asian Studies. In 1993, they studied abroad at Waseda University. Later, from 2000 to 2005, Tracy pursued their Masters degree in NonProfit Business Administration from North Park University - School of Business and Nonprofit Management. In addition to their formal education, Tracy Riggan obtained certifications in Business Development: Strategic Planning and Creativity at Work from LinkedIn in July 2021.
