Aiyana Welsh

Aiyana Welsh is an experienced operations manager and educator in the sports and events industry. Currently serving as Operations Senior Manager at the International Paralympic Committee, Aiyana oversees the successful delivery of the Paralympic Games in various functional areas. Aiyana also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor in the Sport Management Graduate Program at California State University, Long Beach. Previous roles include Manager of Program Management at On Location for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Venue Manager for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and Accreditation Operations Manager for the Tokyo Organising Committee. Aiyana's expertise extends to event management and operations, with a robust background from companies such as Motiv, IMG, and PARTY PLANNERS WEST INC. Aiyana holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
