Beth Mitchell

Beth Mitchell currently serves as the Head of Regulations at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since July 2021, leading on regulations and providing legal advice while managing a team within the legal and integrity department. Additionally, Beth holds positions as a Panel Member on the Board of Appeal of Classification for the International Paralympic Committee and as a Non-Executive Director for Welsh Triathlon, where strategic oversight and safeguarding responsibilities are undertaken. Previously, Beth worked as Legal Counsel for The Football Association, focusing on regulatory and contentious issues, and as a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells, handling complex litigation matters for international clients. Educational qualifications include a Football Law Programme from UEFA Academy and a Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University, as well as ongoing studies in the Accelerated Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
