Fiona Allan

Fiona Allan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Youthtown Inc. in New Zealand and holds several key positions, including Board Member at the Oceania Paralympic Committee and a member of the International Working Group on Women and Sport. With extensive experience in the Paralympic movement, Fiona was the Chief Executive and Secretary General of Paralympics New Zealand from June 2008 to April 2023 and has been involved with the International Paralympic Committee since 2014 as a Committee Member of the Women in Sport Committee. Prior roles include operations management at Paralympics New Zealand and various positions in sport and recreation development across different organizations. Fiona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science and Administration from Nottingham Trent University and is currently undertaking the Company Directors Course at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
