Jan Antons

Jan Antons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and sports management. Currently serving as Supervisor of IT at New Gold Inc. and Technical Official for the International Paralympic Committee, Jan has also held significant roles including President & CEO of ASC Sports & Entertainment Corporation since 2003, and General Manager of BC Hockey's Thompson Blazers Zone Teams until July 2023. With a background in vendor management and systems administration at BCLC, Jan led a team responsible for identity and access management and corporate infrastructure. Educational qualifications include a BCOMM in Management Information Systems from the University of Calgary and various certifications in project management and identity management. Jan's diverse experience spans event management for the 2016 IIHF Women's World Championship and leadership roles in youth sports organizations.
